ABCP, 13th ExCo Meeting in Sri Lanka, Colombo, 2021
The 13th meeting of the Executive Council (EC) of Asian Buddhist Conference for Peace (ABCP) was held in Colombo, Sri Lanka on 14th January 2021 from 9.30 a.m. to 5.30 p.m. Sri Lanka standard time. Due to the Covid-19 pandemic the meeting was held via webinar. It provided an opportunity to the national centres to come together on one forum and to discuss a number of specific issues related to the organization and implement actions directed towards strengthening global peace, raising environment awareness, and promoting equality and unity among the Buddhists of the world. The Executive Council reaffirmed the commitment of ABCP to pursue the chartered goals in accordance with the ABCP charter, its mission and objectives for peace and harmony in the world.
ABCP ExCo Meeting in Ninh Binh, Vietnam, 2019
The ABCP executive Committee held is regular meeting in Ninh Binh, Vietnam on 12-16 December 2019, which was held on the heels of the 11th ABCP General Assembly in Ulaanbaatar in June 2019. The ExCo meeting in Ninh Binh was organized by the Vietnam ABCP National Center. Its participants reaffirmed their commitment to achieve the goals set at the 11th ABCP GA and align the actions of the National Centers with the mission, objectives and Charter of ABCP. ABCP ExCo Meeting in Dhaka Bangladesh, Dhaka, 2018
The meeting of the Executive Council (EXCo) of Asian Buddhist Conference for Peace (ABCP) was held on May 2, 2018 at historic Dharmarajika Buddhist Temple, Dhaka under the chairmanship of Khambo Lama Ven. Ch. Damajav, Vice President, ABCP Headquarters, Mongolia in the August, presence of His Holiness Sanghanayaka Suddhananda Mahathero the President of ABCP Bangladesh National Center. The proceedings were steered y Ven. Dr. T. Bulgan, Secretary General, ABCP Hqrs, Mongolia and Mr. PR Barua, Secretary, ABCP Bangladesh National Center.
ABCP ExCo Meeting in Delhi, 2017
The meeting of the Executive Council (EC) of the Asian Buddhist Conference for Peace (ABCP) was held at New Delhi, the Capital of India on 22 May 2017. The meeting coincides with birth centenary of late 19th Kushok Bakula Rinpoche, one of the founding members of ABCP. All together seventeen (17) delegates representing the ABCP National Centres of Bangladesh, Cambodia, India, Mongolia, Vietnam, Russia, Central Tibetan Administration (CTA), Dharamsala, India attended the meeting.
